E-Poster Guidelines

Following the acceptance of your submitted abstract, kindly use one of the provided templates for the E- poster, and follow these guidelines.

• E-posters must be in English
• The poster should be headed with the conference logo, the assigned poster code number that will be provided  by email after payment, and your institutional logo.
• The upper part of the E-Poster should display: Title of the work, Name(s) of the Author(s) and Affiliation(s), E-mail and affiliation of the corresponding author.
• Use Times New Roman font style, font size not less than 20 Bold.
• File Size: the maximum size is 250 Megabytes (250 MB).
• File type: PDF
• File name: Is the Presenter’s name – Poster code number (do not use special characters in the name; like ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, @, etc.).
• High-quality pictures, graphs and tables are preferred to be included in the E-Poster.
• To check that information displays correctly on the final version, zoom into 100% and check all images, pictures, and graphs. 
• Kindly send your E-poster file to Conference email (pharma.conference@ecu.edu.eg) and this only official way to receive E-poster.
• The E-poster submission deadline is 29^th of January 2026.
• The submitted E-posters will be evaluated by the scientific committee. 
• The E-Poster presenter will receive an email with the exact time for the presentation.
• E-certificates will be issued to all the accepted abstracts and E-Posters.
• The best 3 E-Posters’ presentations from the staff/ graduates and the best 3 E-Posters’ presentations from the undergraduates will be rewarded in the closing ceremony.
